Data Deletion

You can ask ISM Group DZ to delete the personal data we hold about you at any time. This includes data we received through this website, by email, on WhatsApp, on our Facebook and Instagram pages, and through the ISM AI Marketing application.

How to request deletion

  1. Write to ismgroupdz@gmail.com with the subject “Data deletion request”.
  2. Tell us how you contacted us, so that we can find your data:
    • WhatsApp: the phone number you used.
    • Facebook or Instagram: your profile name or username.
    • Email or website form: the email address you used, and your name or company.
  3. Tell us whether you want all of your data deleted, or only part of it.

You can also send the same request in the WhatsApp conversation you already have with us.

What happens next

  1. We reply to confirm that we have received your request.
  2. If we cannot tell that the request comes from you, we ask for information to confirm your identity.
  3. We delete the data and tell you when the deletion is complete.

Making a request is free of charge.

What we delete

  • Your contact details: name, company, email address and phone number.
  • The messages and files you sent us by email, WhatsApp, Facebook or Instagram that we have stored.
  • The notes and records we created about your enquiry.

What we may need to keep

If the law requires us to keep certain records, for example documents linked to a completed commercial transaction, we keep only those records and only for as long as required. We tell you if this applies to your request.

Data held by Meta and on your own device

Deleting your data from our records does not delete:

  • the copy of the conversation stored in WhatsApp, Messenger or Instagram on your own device, which you can delete in the app;
  • information that Meta holds about your use of WhatsApp, Facebook or Instagram, which is covered by Meta’s own privacy policy and can be managed in your account settings on those services.
